b) Protection of CAIRCRAFT GmbH, our users, the public, and for legal reasons.

  3. to detect and prevent fraud, embezzlement, injuries, identity theft, and other illegal activities, as well as the misuse of our services.

  5. To take action in disputes or legal proceedings of any kind between you and the app or between you and other users or third parties in relation to the app.
  6. For the purposes set out in this privacy policy and the terms of use.
  7. To improve the security and reliability of our app.

We do not sell or rent information to marketers or third parties.

However, we may share or disclose the information as follows:

a) Members of our group.

  1. We may share the information with members of our group, subsidiaries, and affiliates if it is reasonably necessary or desirable to carry out the above-mentioned information processing purposes.

PURCHASE OF APPLICATIONS VIA "APP STORE"

Our apps are purchased via special online platforms operated by other service providers (so-called "app stores").

In this context, the privacy policies of the respective "app stores" apply in addition to our privacy policy.

This applies in particular to the methods used on the platforms for web analysis and interest-based marketing, as well as possible costs.

You can stop data collection at any time via your device settings or by uninstalling the app. However, please note that we may not be able to offer you some features and functionalities of the app if you exercise your right to block or delete, do not share certain information with us, or withdraw your consent.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction, or damage.


THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

Our app may provide links to other websites for your convenience and information. These websites may be operated independently of My Pilot’s Handbook. Linked websites may have their own privacy notices or policies, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit these linked websites.


CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may revise this privacy policy from time to time. If we do so, we will post the revised policy, and the revised version will be effective as soon as it is posted.
